Cancellations
Our classes and events are often full with waiting lists and we need to ensure that the class and events are full in order to cover our costs, which is why the following conditions apply.

A credit for the class will be applied if you cancel before 1pm on the day of the class. If you cancel later than this time you will not receive a credit or refund.

For events (including Soundbaths and Yin specials) a credit will be applied if you cancel 36 hours before the event. If you cancel after this time you are not guaranteed a credit or a refund. If you cancel within 36hrs of the event start time and we are able to fill your place you will be issued a credit, note that this is not guaranteed as it depends on the availability of those on the waiting list.

Product Refunds
We will refund or exchange any product, providing it's in a fully re-saleable condition if you notify us of your intention within 14 days.

Simply email emmabebliss@outlook.com  to notify us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
You will then have 14 working days for the goods to be returned.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  We will never sell or transfer your details. We use your information to fulfil your booking or order and if you have signed up to our newsletter we will also send the newsletter. You can read about how we protect your data and more about your privacy rights below.
