Hatha Yoga

occurs on: Tuesdays 12:30-2pm and Thursdays 7:15 - 8:45pm

Our Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for beginners.

Relaxation Hatha on a Thursday evening is all about unwinding and releasing tension from body and mind with simple postures using props for extra comfort and held for slightly longer than in a regular class, to encourage release. There's also breath work to calm the mind and induce a relaxed state and we end with a lovely guided relaxation meditation. Suitable for all abilities. Book via the timetable link.

Tuesday daytime Hatha is focused on improving and maintaining healthy joint mobility and respiratory health.
Please note Tuesday daytime class must be booked by emailing suedenerley@msn.com

A class suitable for all levels including beginners with simple yoga postures.

We have two Hatha yoga classes each week. Tuesday 12-2pm with Sue and Thursday 7:15 - 8:45pm with Angela.

Angela's can be booked online through the website. Sue's class needs to be booked directly with Sue by emailing suedenerley@msn.com
