Our Relaxation Hatha Yoga class is suitable for beginners.
Relaxation Hatha on Thursday evenings is all about unwinding and releasing tension from body and mind with simple postures using props for extra comfort and held for slightly longer than in a regular class, to encourage release. There's also breath work to calm the mind and induce a relaxed state and we end with a lovely guided relaxation meditation. Suitable for all abilities. Book via the timetable link.
