You are very welcome to come along to classes as and when you can as Drop-in, booking through our timetable, however we also offer Memberships which save you money if you attend Ashtanga Yoga and/or Aerial Yoga weekly or more often.

Healthy bodies and minds are made through a commitment to moving your body in healthy ways, taking time to reflect and meditate and to engage in joyful movement and music making with other like-minded souls.
Showing up isn't just for physical wellbeing - yes it helps us to stay healthy and build strength, cardio fitness, flexibility and balance - but to live with joy we need to engage in joyous acts and we are pretty confident that coming along to Mandala is a joyous act!
