It can be a bit baffling to figure out which style of yoga you will love, so here's a quick guide to help you choose.....but do get in touch if you are still unsure.
Aerial Yoga
Strong, slow flowing. Builds flexibility, strength, balance
A strong flowing yoga class using a hammock, accompanied by beautiful playlists.
Posture types: Flowing through postures and movements with the whole body or parts of the body in the hammock. Options to learn to flip and go upside down in the hammock.
Focus: Flexibility, strength, balance, peace of mind and confidence.
Ashtanga Yoga
Strong, energetic, flowing. Builds flexibility, strength and balance
A strong and energetic flowing yoga class, there are 4 levels of this class on our timetable from beginner to advanced.
Perfect for strength, flexibility, balance and quietening a busy mind.
Posture types: Standing, seated and supine (laying down) postures held for 5 breaths.
Focus: Flexibility, strength, balance, peace of mind and confidence.
Vinyasa Yoga: Mindful Flow
Graceful, slow flowing . Builds flexibility, strength and balance
A graceful, flowing class to rebalance. More physical than Hatha, gentler than Ashtanga.
Perfect for releasing anxiety as well as tension held in the body.
Posture types: Standing, seated and supine (laying down) postures, mix of flowing through postures and holding for 5 breaths.
Focus: Flexibility, balance, peace of mind and confidence.
Gentle Hatha Yoga
Gentle, quiet, slow and flexibility focused
A gentle class with a 30minute guided meditation.
Expect poses held for a couple of minutes to really let the muscles to relax.
Posture Types: Seated and supine (laying down) postures held for a couple of minutes. No standing postures.
Focus: Relaxation and ease out aches and pains.
Ashtanga Yoga Mid-Week Stress Relief
Slightly slower than our other Ashtanga yoga classes
Suitable for beginners. Ashtanga yoga but slightly slower and with more time on the stress releasing breathwork and meditation.
A superb way to get started with, or deepen your Ashtanga yoga practice.
Posture types: Standing, seated and supine (laying down) postures.
Focus: Nervous system reset, strength, flexibility, balance.
Soundbath
Our meditation class, focused on relaxation
A deeply relaxing meditation experience. We have aerial cocoon soundbaths and mat-based soundbaths every 2-4 weeks and both book up very quickly.
Focus: Deep relaxation, tension-relief and peace of mind.
