This intermediate level vinyasa yoga class includes different posture types each week. The postures flow from one to the next in what is called a 'vinyasa flow' in a hot room for increased flexibility. The class can get sweaty and challenging!
You will work on flexibility and balance with Angela talking you through how to get into each posture as well as demonstrating the postures working towards a peak posture each week. Due to the flowing nature this yoga class isn't suitable for beginners or those with health or mobility challenges.

No, this class moves quite quickly with little time for assists so you do need to have some yoga experience.
Yes, please do bring a yoga mat. We do have some for sale and a couple that can be borrowed if you forget yours but we do advise you to bring your own.
