As well as talking therapy, if you feel stuck with words, or just tired of talking, we can use more creative methods to gently explore your emotions. Creative psychotherapy means we can work with talking therapy in our sessions and also use art, play, stories and movement - this accesses a different part of the brain and can be a really insightful and helpful technique for those of us who sometimes may struggle to verbalise their feelings.

I'm Caroline - a Psychotherapist, Dramatherapist and Clinical Supervisor, with over 10 years experience of providing therapy to children, young people and adults.
Psychotherapy can be a broad term - I offer first and foremost a safe safe for you to be yourself, without judgment and with compassion, where we can begin to unravel some of your feelings. We don't get the chance very often to really think about how we are doing, even though we might ask each other several times a day. How many times do we respond other than the "Fine, thanks! You?"
