Yoga tailored to you - one to one with our Studio Director who trained with world renowned John Scott and holds the Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher certification.

Emma will work with you to support you in moving safely throughout your practice.

Whether you want Emma to teach you a sequence just for you to practice at home, or to share techniques to bring into group classes, expect to be listened to and a collaborative approach.

Yoga Tailored to You

In addition to Emma's experience as an Ashtanga yoga teacher Emma is also a therapeutic massage therapist and has over a decade of experience of teaching yoga to people with chronic pain, MS and mental health conditions.

She has built a reputation for her ability to meet people exactly where they are, and create personalised sessions calling on her yoga and massage experience to ensure a tailored experience that addresses your specific needs.

A pass for 4 private yoga classes. The classes can be booked over any time period up to 6 months.

What should I wear?

Leggings, joggers or shorts for ease of movement, a t-shirt or long sleeves top and bring warm socks and an extra layer for while Emma is consulting with you and if you are also working on breathwork.

How hard is the yoga?

The class experience will be absolutely tailored to you to be accessible to you while still challenging you at a level that you are happy with and that feels healthy to you. From yoga in a chair or gentle movement on the mat or in the yoga hammocks with breath, to an energetic Ashtanga yoga class, the class will be at the pace and challenge level you find right for you.

Do I need to be flexible, strong or be able to stand on one leg?

Absolutely not! But if you want to work towards these things we absolutely can.

I practice yoga a lot but am experiencing pain in some asana, can a private class help me?

Absolutely yes! Let me know on the intake form what you are finding challenging and I will work with you to find the patterns that are leading to the pain and helping you to find out how to build in new patterns that don't incur pain, or work with you to show you different movements that can replace the ones that are bothersome or contraindicated due to a health condition.

Can I talk to someone about the private yoga class?

I'd like a yoga sequence developed for me that I can practice at home, is that possible?

Absolutely, yes. Emma will teach you a sequence that you can practice at home.

I practice Ashtanga Yoga, can I get general help with my practice as well as specific help with asana?

Absolutely, yes. A private yoga class is a great way to learn the tweaks to your practice that make all the difference!

Terms and Conditions

Private Classes must be cancelled with 24hours notice otherwise they will be charged in full.
