February Yin & Restorative special

For our first Sunday special of 2023, you’ll be treated to not just one but TWO restful practices – yin and restorative yoga.

This powerful combination will enable you to truly press pause on all the busyness of everyday life and bask in the beauty of rest.

Once you settle into each pose, you can simply allow yourself to soak up the benefits for your physical, emotional and mental health – greater flexibility ad mobility, reduced stress and blood pressure, better sleep and a greater sense of calm to name just a few! We’ll end with a long guided relaxation to give you the perfect restful experience. What a great way to start your Sunday.

Please dress comfortably (layers and socks are advised) and bring at least one blanket.

about the Teacher

Alison Gough

Alison specialises in teaching yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and gentle yoga having done additional training with Sarah Powers, Jo Phee, Yoga Medicine and James Reeves. Her classes focus on providing plenty of time to rest, relax and take a break from all the busyness, activity and stresses of everyday life. You'll be encouraged to practise at your own pace and develop your connection between your body, mind and spirit. Alison's wish is that you experience a greater sense of ease and that you leave class feeling calm, soothed and refreshed.
