Come and learn how to play in a Drum Circle!
Beginners and children are very welcome and drums are provided.
This class is energising, joyous, stress relieving, confidence-building and great fun -without any judgement. There's no such thing as a 'wrong beat' just drum solos ;) and I promise that you will be amazed at how wonderful we will sound as a group.
Through simple games and teaching points you will learn how to play different rhythms on different drums and percussion instruments and how to be a part of a Community Drum Circle.
Our Drum Circles are fundraisers, the teacher is working for free and all proceeds from the class fee go to paying for the drums.
The drums will be used at our monthly Community Drum Circle as well as with our work with members of our community facing significant challenges.

No, absolutely everyone can drum and the sessions are facilitated in a way that makes it super easy for you to have a wonderful time and sound better than you ever thought you could!
Yes, the sessions are super fun and engaging. You know your child and whether they will be able to participate without disrupting the group.
No, we provide drums and percussion and you will have lots of opportunity to have a go at playing lots of styles of drums, shakers, bells and more!
Yes, you are welcome to bring a hand drum, shakers and/or other hand percussion
