Where are you located?

In the city centre at 18 Derby Street, PR1 1DT

Do you have parking?

You can park on the roads outside Mandala for class. If you have booked a daytime treatment the therapist will let you into the secure carpark around the back.

Do you have yoga for beginners?

Yes we do. Some of our classes are always suitable for beginners and for others we recommend you take on of the beginners courses. Take a look at the Yoga Class page for details.

What should I wear for yoga or barre class?

For yoga and barre we recommend leggings, shorts or joggers and a t-shirt or vest top. We practice yoga barefooted, so no need for fancy trainers.

What should I wear for Groove class?

Whatever you are comfortable dancing in! Emma who teaches it usually wears leggings or shorts, but this class can be taken in a skirt, trousers or jeans - anything you are comfortable dancing wild and free in!

Do you have toilets?

Yes we do.

Do you have membership and pay as you go classes?

Yes, we have both options. You can see the options on every class on the timetable and the class information pages.

What if I've never done Yoga or Groove before?

We will be extra nice to you!
Take a look at the Yoga or Groove section of the website for more details about the classes to choose which you would like, we have lots of options for beginners and always love to welcome new people.

How do I book?

Take a look at our timetable and book online. Except for the Tuesday 12:30 Hatha class which you will book by phoning the teacher.

What do I do when I arrive?

Take your shoes off and leave them in the storage spaces and head to the studio room. The teacher will spot that you are new and will come and say hi and have a chat with you, make you feel welcome and let you know what to do.

What about Covid?

We want to continue to create a relaxed and safe space and as such are continuing to limit our class numbers so that we can maintain appropriate distancing of mats, we have hospital-grade air purifiers running before and during classes and all windows are kept open to ensure excellent ventilation. We also have a thorough cleaning and testing protocol followed by the teachers.

Of course, if you have any symptoms or have had cause to take a PCR test the results of which you are awaiting, we ask that you please do not come to class.
