We have four massage therapists available offering a range of massage treatments including post-surgery, hot stone, women’s health, head, aromatherapy, Thai and fusion.

Massages are available most days. Booking is essential by contacting the therapist.

Himalayen Bowl Massage, Drum Massage

A uniquely soothing treatment. The Himalayan Bowls are placed on the body and played gently, the vibrations relax the body and the hypnotic sound relaxes the mind. 

Or choose a drum massage in which Emma plays the shamanic drum over the body to help bring you back into balance.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is the personalised application of yoga techniques to fit the current needs and interests of the individual.


It uses gentle postures, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and meditation to help restore body/mind balance and promote natural healing.


It empowers you to look after your own health.


Who can Yoga Therapy Help?

Whilst yoga therapy is not a substitute for western medical science, a growing body of research suggests that yoga therapy may help a wide range of disorders including:

•Stress related problems

•Physical ailments including back and joint issues

•Breathing disorders

•Mental and emotional issues such as anxiety and depression

•Postural and balance problems

•Gastrointestinal disorders

•Women’s Health ranging from irregular or painful menstruation, infertility, prolapse & menopause.

•Helping patients to recover from injuries, surgery and illnesses


Yoga therapy can also enhance the quality of life for patients with chronic diseases.


What to Expect

The first therapy clinic session will be a 90 minute one to one session.

A health information questionnaire will be completed either before or during the session.

Discussions will then take place looking at the medical history, injury, past or current treatment and medication currently being taken. There will also be discussions around daily activities and work.


A postural analysis will take place observing movements and the breath. Previous yoga experience will be taken into consideration. Discussions will take place around issues and priority of concerns.


A short yoga practice will be compiled for you to do at home between sessions. This will have been undertaken in the session to ensure that you know how to perform all the elements of the practice safely.


A written copy of the practice will be given to you.


After the Event

Yoga therapy is a self care approach to your wellness, supported by a yoga therapist.

It will be most helpful to you if you are willing to take an active role in your own health care. This may involve undertaking the home practice daily or as discussed with your therapist.


Follow up sessions may be required which will be 60 minutes long. This will involve discussions around the home practice and your observations. Adjustments may be made to the practice following your feedback and priorities.


What to Wear? 

Dress in comfortable clothing in which you can stretch and move freely.



NOTE: You do NOT require any yoga experience to attend yoga therapy.
