  • Find out who Mandala Yoga & Wellbeing CIC are, what we do and what our clients say about the impact we’ve had in their lives
  • Experience some of the therapies and learn about how and why they work

Background
There is significant evidence that yoga and meditation are effective and sustainable methods of supporting physical and mental health.

Research has shown that meditation and yoga are effective at both preventing and managing chronic health issues in a way that also enables cost savings.

Sound Meditation Therapy is shown to be effective at tackling and releasing tightly held narratives and fears contributing to addiction, PTSD, depression and anxiety, and to be effective at supporting and enabling clients to make life-affirming choices.

Mandala Yoga & Wellbeing is a non-profit community interest company with links to the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance and the British Academy of Sound Therapy. Our teachers and therapists are experienced, highly trained, CRB checked and focused on mental and physical health.

We are one of the hosts of the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance yoga teacher training and have hosted and delivered courses for yoga for anxiety, trauma sensitive yoga, yoga for arthritis  and an NHS Recovery team yoga course. We also have specialist autism and children’s yoga teachers and a teacher specialising in confidence and empowerment.

We are reaching out to explore how we can work together to support the wellbeing of our community inline with the NHS Long-term Strategy and the introduction of Social Prescribing.

We believe that by working together we can co-create sustainable services which support population health.
