Emma (PL.Dip.ST) is a BAST qualified Sound Therapy Practioner.


Emma is qualified at the highest level as a BAST Sound Therapy Practioner which is backed by 25 years of research. She has received excellent reviews for heping people to navigate challenging periods in their lives, break unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviours and to live with greater ease.


She has successfully supported people experiencing bereavement, depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, insomnia, divorce, pain conditions and those undergoing cancer treatment.


The BAST method is a blend of person-centred talking therapy using guided reflective questioning, and deep relaxation to sound to take the brainwaves into a very calm state. It's highly effective because it treats the whole person and can help us to see our challenges and the possible solutions more clearly. The method empowers the client.
