Initially this space was for students practicing Ashtanga Yoga due to the fact that it is taught in a set sequence, however, the space is not confined to Ashtanga Vinyasa.  Anyone wishing to stretch, relax and use a quiet area, is welcome...

Marguerita will oversee the Self Practice Yoga Space and provided guidance, tuition and general help where needed.
